Nine roleplay types

Each one changes what the buyer knows walking in — and that is what changes how the call goes. Pair any of them with 31 industries, 5 seniorities, 3 difficulties and 4 moods. All nine ship with every paid plan.

Cold Call

They have never heard of you. A complete interruption to their day, and you earn every second from zero.

Warm Call

A referral or a half-read intro email got you in. Warmth is not a blank cheque — a generic pitch cools them fast.

Discovery Call

25 booked minutes. Real problems come out layer by layer, but only for good open questions. Pitch instead and you lose them.

Demo Call

You present, they interrupt: will it handle X, who maintains it, what happens when it breaks. Feature tours lose the room.

Renewal Call

Existing customer, six weeks out, leaning toward no. Patchy adoption, slow tickets last quarter, a cheaper rival circling.

Upsell Call

Happy customer, stretched budget, busy team. The add-on has to tie to results they have already seen.

Pricing Negotiation Call

They want it and they are good at this: anchoring low, quoting a competitor, going silent after your number.

Manager Coaching Call

You are the manager. Your rep missed two quarters, arrives defensive, and only owns it if you make it safe.

Create your own

Write the scenario brief and the buyer plays it — your product, your objections, your deal.

Why a hard cap instead of overage billing?

Surprise bills churn people. When you hit your minutes, we tell you, you decide whether more practice is worth an upgrade. That's it.

Same reason minutes don't roll over, on every plan: an unused month is not a credit you have paid for, and a balance that accumulates is a bill nobody expected. Top-ups follow the rule they are bought under — they expire with the month you buy them in.
