DrillCall (“we”, “us”) provides an AI sales-call practice tool. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using DrillCall you agree to this policy.

Who we are

DrillCall is operated by Trainset AI Pty Ltd (ABN 24 690 826 610). Contact: timothy@drillcall.com.

Information we collect

• Account & onboarding: name, email or phone number, sales-team size, how you heard about us, and what you sell (if you tell us). Phone signups are verified by SMS one-time code.
• Practice-call content: audio recordings of your practice calls, their transcripts, the personas you selected, call outcomes, and the scorecards we generate.
• Uploaded calls: if you use Recording Review, the recording or transcript you upload and the analysis we produce from it.
• Usage & device: a device identifier, coarse browser characteristics (used to limit free-tier abuse), IP address at signup, and product analytics (Google Analytics).
• Billing: subscription status and Stripe customer/ subscription identifiers. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe, we never see or store your card number.

Recording notice & consent

Practice calls are recorded and transcribed so you can review them. Only you speak on a practice call, the other party is an AI persona, not a real person. If you upload a recording of a real call, you are responsible for having any consent required in your jurisdiction from the other participants before uploading it.

How we use your information

• To run practice calls and generate scorecards and coaching.
• To route you to relevant personas and improve the product.
• To enforce free-tier limits and prevent abuse.
• To process subscriptions and provide support.
• To understand aggregate usage via analytics.

AI processing

Practice and uploaded audio is processed by Google’s Vertex AI (Gemini) to power the conversation, transcription, and scoring, under Google Cloud’s terms. Google states this content is not used to train its foundation models. We do not sell your data or use call content to train models of our own.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate: Google Cloud (hosting, AI, storage, analytics) and Stripe (payments). We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention & deletion

Call records and recordings are kept so you can review your history. You can delete any individual call, including its recording, transcript, and scorecard, from its scorecard page at any time. To delete your whole account and associated data, email us.

Security

Data is stored on Google Cloud with encryption in transit and at rest. Audio playback uses short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

International users

Our infrastructure runs in the United States (Google Cloud us-central1). If you use DrillCall from elsewhere, your data is processed in the US.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to certain processing. Email timothy@drillcall.com and we will respond.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use means you accept the update.
