Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DrillCall, operated by Trainset AI Pty Ltd (ABN 24 690 826 610). By creating an account, using the demo, or subscribing, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

The service

DrillCall provides AI-powered sales-call roleplays, scorecards, and review of call recordings you upload. It is a practice and coaching tool. The AI personas are simulations, not real buyers, and not professional sales, legal, or business advice.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Free tier

We offer a limited number of free drills and call reviews per user and per device. These limits are lifetime (not monthly) and may change. We may restrict or revoke free access if we detect abuse, including cycling accounts or devices to exceed limits.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) at the prices shown at checkout, in US dollars.
• Plans include a monthly allotment of practice minutes. Minutes do not roll over and there is no overage billing, when you reach your cap, you can wait for the next cycle or upgrade.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Your content

You keep ownership of the recordings and transcripts you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service (transcription, scoring, playback, storage). You represent that you have the right to upload any recording and have obtained any consent required from other participants.

Acceptable use

• Don’t upload content you have no right to, or that is unlawful.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don’t use DrillCall to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Don’t resell or share access outside your plan’s terms.

AI output disclaimer

Scores, coaching, and persona behaviour are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or inconsistent. Use your own judgement; DrillCall makes no guarantee about real-world sales outcomes.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but provide it “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrillCall and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law where they apply).

Termination

You may stop using DrillCall and delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) continue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
